The best in customer service hands down!!! Do not waste your time at other larger stores, Frank is light years ahead of them in quality and service. I needed emergency eyewear late on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone else, including Eye to Eye was closed. Frank came from home, opened his store for me and gave me free contacts. I was not even a customer. It is still amazing that people like this exist. Read his reviews they do not lie... He is superb

Customers are treated with an exceptional level of professionalism and the staff truly go above and beyond to not only meet your needs, but also clearly explain everything in detail and ensure a positive experience. Forget all the other optical stores and come only to Eye to Eye Optical! Before coming to Eye to Eye Optical, I took my kids to another place (a bigger company that didn't appear to care for much except to get people in and out the door). Six months after seeing them, both my kids complained about seeing poorly! I am so glad that I looked up Eye to Eye Optical and saw all the great reviews. Frank is simply wonderful--he stayed late one day because I couldn't get out of work so that my kids could get their glasses and contacts. He also took the time to teach my kid to put on and take out contacts properly (first-time user). He really makes the effort to make sure that you get the right eyecare, and the prices are very reasonable. Our vision is so important, so whom we trust on eyecare is a decision that needs to be made carefully. I am so glad that we chose Eye to Eye Optical for our family and can't recommend them more! Eye to Eye Optical is a business that deserves our support because Frank goes the extra mile, which is rare these days!

This is a small business focused on quality service and the needs of their customers. Frank, the owner, is polite, professional and understanding. I have been a customer for a year. I had a thorough eye exam and a prescription filled for prices that will never be matched at big any chains. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eyewear needs.

Service Second to None! After cataract surgery, I needed a pair of glasses for close-up vision. I always had difficulty with other Opticians and my family who has worked with Frank suggested I talk to him. A great experience, quality workmanship, and support that is second to none.

A friend recommended that I go to Eye To Eye Optical. I am sure glad that I did. Frank is courteous and very professional. And what is really great, he goes way out of his way to do the little extras in favor of satisfying his customer. Not only that, but the high quality products and services he offers. My glasses were done in one day and he has a great selection to pick from. I will be going back next week to purchase my contacts also. It was a great first time experience.

I called Eye to Eye today since they offered one hour service on contacts. My lens was damaged and was not comfortable. Frank said he could get me in for an exam today with the Doctor. After having a great eye examination, Frank said would I like to see better at night and reduce the glare. He said I could try these new contacts and I would see the difference. I came back for a check up the next week and was seeing better than 20/20. My vision actually improved from the first day. I am glad that he suggested this new product. Thanks for taking the time to explain the new design. My old optical store never took this much time to help me.

Visiting from California and the owner stayed open later so I could get fitted for contacts before flying out on the 4th of July. I called four other optical stores and no one would help me. Great Experience and this is why i would rather go to a personally owned practice than a chain store. I found Eye to Eye on the internet and made an appointment the same day. Frank is very informative and answered all my questions. I picked out a trendy frame and it comes with a two year guarantee. I will pick up the glasses tomorrow. Thanks for the fast service and the special discount.

My experience at Eye To Eye Optical was absolutely incredible. I have been wearing glasses for about 18 years and Frank was a great trainer for my first set of contacts. I am so happy with my contacts and the overall experience I have had just in the last week of wearing them. I highly recommend Eye to Eye Optical to anyone who wants to switch from glasses to contacts!
