My experience at Eye To Eye Optical was absolutely incredible. I have been wearing glasses for about 18 years and Frank was a great trainer for my first set of contacts. I am so happy with my contacts and the overall experience I have had just in the last week of wearing them. I highly recommend Eye to Eye Optical to anyone who wants to switch from glasses to contacts!

Great products and lineup. I found a great pair of frames from italy... Very nice.

This is why I switched from the big box stores. Mr. Senia goes the extra mile for your eye care. I highly recommend him. He carries a great line of products of which I wound up with a high end pair of frames that I just love. Any time I needed adjustments he was happy to help me out. You get personal one on one service with Frank. Highly recommend Eye to Eye. A+++++

Will Never Go Anywhere Else. This owner went above and beyond to explain to me why the glasses I got somewhere else actually made it more difficult to see. Frank helped me to pick out the correct glasses and I can finally see again!!!!! He was able to complete my glasses in two days thank goodness.If you had difficulties with your glasses and getting the correct lenses I suggest you go here. I asked so many questions and Frank spent alot of time helping me. He knows his stuff and was really able to get mewhat I needed. He also had a great attitude unlike the lastplace I went and was very patient. My friend recommended him and I'm really glad I came here. My cousin has an appointment with him next week and I know she will be happy. Thanks alot Frank!!!!

Best Optical Store !!!. My Personal Experience was the best contact lens fitting I ever had. Frank really knows how to fit Bifocal Contacts. I went to three Optical stores and was very disappointed that I could not see. I went back and tried other contacts, and still no luck. The first time I called Frank, he said they carry many different brands. I gave him a try and now I can see my text messages again and walked out seeing great. His experience really made the difference and I will Highly Recommend him to all my friends !!!!!!

My Favorite Optical Experience Ever....... This is the first time that I needed eyeglasses and what a great experience. The owner introduced himself when I walked in and greeting me with a smile. He asked what problems I was having and said the Doctor was available to examine my eyes and that the exam was on special for $39 dollars. After a great exam the owner Frank ashed me if he could help me pick out my frames from there large selection. He gave me a special discount for being a first time customer. Even gave me the non-glare at half price. The glasses were done in a couple days and came with a great guarantee. This was fun considering I did not know what to expect. I would highly recommend this store and I will tell my friends.

What a crook...... Ended up breaking my glasses and going to him for a

new pair and he ended up selling me a new pair with

glass lenses That was improper due to the fact I ended

with coke bottle thick lenses and at a price that was alot higher than other opticians From what I understand glass lenses are rarely sold anymore

The frame breaking and he ended up selling me an over priced 30 dollar for 100 bucks

He sells over priced glasses that he does not stand behind

Get a quote before the exam!. I recently used Eye to Eye for my son?s exam & possible contacts. When I arrived the dr said that he tested my son's vision with his glasses ? he had 20/15 vision so no need for an eye test just contact fitting (which they completed in 20 min or so before I got there). The optician told me the kit would be $417. I said we can't afford the lens & can I pls have the script & we'll shop elsewhere. The optician said he'll write the perscription when my son comes back in 2 weeks for an exam. He then said you owe me $180 for the fitting & two pairs of contacts (he had my son try 2 pairs before 1 was comfortable). I said no - we didn't commit to lens. I said I?ll have my son take the lens out & I can?t pay for the pair that didn?t work. The optician said NO it is $180 or $417!

I had to pay $180 in order to leave - he ONLY takes visa & MC with a receipt that said 'no returns our refunds'. I called my bank who said they'll fight the charge & i should try to get the optician to pull back on the charge. I called the him back & was told I will lose the fight since i signed a receipt that said no returns or refunds.

I assume based on my call to complain - the optometrist mailed me the 'prescription' written on a piece of paper & a note saying here's free contacts. I recieved the package two days later.

I had since filed a claim with my bank for the $80 (agreeing to pay for the exam but not the two pairs of contacts thta i didn't agree up front to buy).

Update ? the optometrist called me this week (I assume the bank called him) and is now stating that the $180 was his service fee NOT the contacts. Per the optometrist: the sign in the office says payment in full for services rendered and - that the $180 was for services not an exam & two sets of contacts.

His story has now changed ? mine however has remained the same.
