Best location in Amherst and great employees !

I have lived at Delta Garden for over 5 years. This is the greatest location in Amherst, close to all restaurants, malls, grocery stores, etc., Can walk everywhere - good these days with the cost of gas ! The management is outstanding and second to none - very fair and courteous. I have lived in apartments all my life and have never had such a responsive maintenance department. Highly recommended !

Beware of "MEAN" land lady

I liked the apartments when we lived there for the proximity to gym, mall , automative and grocery. The real problem was with the land lady...she thinks since the apartments are in a great location she could get away with anything...gave us lot of trouble when we wanted to move to a 2 bedroom from 1 bedroom acted as if this is the only option in Buffalo, which made us move out....all my friends who lived there echoed the same opinion.

If the property owner fired her that would be a the best thing for the tenants the future tenants.
