Bad Customer Service. I went into this store with a western union money order that was purchased there and should have been no problem to cash.

So I wait in line and nicly say hello I have a money order that is from this 7- eleven and I would like to cash it please.

The older man behind the counter first tells me he doesn't have the money to give me.

What I say its only $60 and it say's right in this you will cash them if purchased st your store and is less the $75.

He resondes no....

I say what do you mean no?

I just gave all my money to the vendor who was just here and you need to come back in 4 hours.

4 hours I said why? Thats when we will have the money.

Now this is customer after costomer are coming in and giving him money..

So I leave the store wait a few mins and go back in. I ask him whats your name. I have no name he says.. Ok I say who's your manager so I can file a complait. I dont know he says... Now Im getting mad...

Finally he says I have never cashed one and I dont know how to... Finally the truth after 10 mins.. So I ask well cant you call you manager and ask how to cash this... Uhhhh he mouns and picks up the phone.. About 5 mins later and younger man comes in and nicly said how can I help you. I explained I just want to cash this money order and your employee wont help me.. So he takes the M.O and cashs it in two seconds...

No sorry no nothing.... What horrible customer service.. and what a lier as the reason I was told was there was not $60 ion the register but amazingly the manager opens the register and wow theres plenty of cash in there......

Convenience store known the world over for its grab-and-go needs and slushy-sweet Slurpees.. In Short
Forget about asking the neighbor for a cup of sugar--this corner store aims to sell all those last-minute necessities and more. Milk, magazines, home cleaners, cigarettes, lottery tickets and seasonal items like firewood fill the all-hours, florescent-lit aisles. The store also serves prepared foods, from grilled hot dogs to bakery-fresh cookies, while famous frozen drinks called Slurpees and 32-ounce Big Gulp sodas have made loyal customers out of occasional patrons.
