Terrible Service with a attitude. I don't know who is running this place but they put out coupons and than don't want to honor them plus got a phone call from some rude woman screaming at us cause they overcharged us. delivery guy had no change. said he hated people. i would not reccomend whoever is the new owners have ruined a niagara falls tradition STAY AWAY.

takes longer but worth it. I went to a baby shower there and had roastbeef on weck&homemade pasta awesome!Charlene said the beef is everyday pasta is banquet menu for now.Hoping to put it regular menu soon.I ordered a half sheet of pizza with lots of stuff on it to take home. 45 min to cook. alittle long but well worth waiting for.She said ex toppings takes more time.Great food Thanks,be back soon.

Terrible Service. Every time I order a pizza to go I get there and they tell me it's going to take an additional 20 minutes. I'm not going back. The people that work there are idiots. They always have some lame excuse about being busy. I've been a customer since 1973. They can keep their pizza, I'm not going back. They have the nerve to be rude to you after they try to make you wait DOUBLE the time they said on the phone. Later Sam

terrible service. this pizza sucks not to mention they will screw up your order and then refuse to give you back your money. Their manager should be fired, he is ignorant and to blame for my order being wrong seeing that he took my order. I call to tell him my food was not the way i ordered it and he had the nerve to tell me he cant help me. He should take notes from the delivery driver who was very nice and offered to give me money out his own pocket for his managers screw up

No Service. I reside in Niagara Falls an decided to call sammies with a good $35-$40 order placed for delivery. The staff told me that we were the last delivery for the night, that it would be 25-30mins. O.K. no problem until 45mins go by an no food. We call back and the staff said it was on its way, Sammies is about 10-15min an thats being genourous. so we wait an nothing called back an they replied the same it should be there it already left. Point is the food never came. We ended up going to ventry's after placing an order an hour in a half prior to sammies. -2 stars is my review

Great steak and cheese subs. I have been to Samm'ys Pizzeria many many times, and without failure everything was great ! The service was incredible, the Bar service was also excellent! Steak and Cheese sub's are alway's served on a fresh toasted roll with plenty of fresh steask and lots of melted cheese. You won't be dissapointed!
