The food at BW's is good, but the restaurant cuts corners an awful lot. They'll bring you a big plate of messy ribs... how about some napkins, there? No? Gee, thanks for nothin'.

I've had to sneak over to the server stations and grab stuff to use at the table, like napkins.

They don't have paper towels in the bathrooms for some reason, just one of those lousy hot air hair dryer things that blows the bacteria from the air in the room right onto your hands. Thanks a lot for that.

Also, the service there is sub-par. Once you've got your food you often won't see your server again until he or she brings you the check, half an hour after you've finished eating. You'll notice when you're pulling into the parking lot that the servers are standing around the outside of the building hanging out and smoking. That's what they're doing instead of waiting on you inside, apparently.

And here's the kicker that stopped me from dining there altogether: they charge money for BBQ sauce. A tiny plastic dish of BBQ sauce costs fifty cents. WHAT?!

That's right... go to any other restaurant they'll either bring you BBQ sauce for free or they'll even have whole bottles of it on the table, but not at BW's. No, their sauce is so special it costs extra.

PROS: Good food, comfortable dining room

CONS: Poor service, charges extra for BBQ sauce

The food and staff are both great. It's a wonderful place to take a family!
