Great Company!

The movers were on time and very professional. Not a single item was damaged or broken. These guys are great! (and Jennifer Zito too!). I moved recently and have also used them in the past. A++++++++++++++

GREAT Movers

We have used Zito movers twice in moving, my mother has also used them. When you call they come out to the house and so an initial assessment of the items to be moved and give you a price based on the items to be moved. They then give you a written quote. They call to confirm the day before. They were on time and had a crew to do the jobs. They were always done prior to the expected end time and they took great care of all the furniture. Nothing was damaged. They called a day or two after to make sure we were satisfied. We were very happy and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Unhappy Client

I do NOT recommend this company. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move, and they called to cancel on me the day before the move. Their excuse was that they never did an analysis of the move during the initial booking of the reservation and they are now realizing that they don?t think they can accommodate me. Aside from a ?sorry,? they offered me no suggestions or alternatives. So, if you want to ensure that your reservation is secure, I wouldn?t take the risk of using Zito Movers?they can call you the day before your move to cancel on you too!!!!
