World Premier! by Aich K. at InsiderPages

I cant say enough about Premier Gourmet. I never knew there was so many different things you could drink! And the kitchen gadgets! And the chocolate! They even have goose-liver plates! Whoever heard of that? My only complint is that part of the store smells a little like fish mixed with coffee. They didn't actually mix fish with coffee, did they? I hope not. That would be a little strange. I think the fish is in the glass cases, not with the coffee. I once bought a bunch of pasties to bring home for the kids' but I ate them myself and didnt tell them I brought them. Was that bad? It was delishious!
Pros: Food and drink galore!
Cons: Mahi-Mahi Latte?
terrible customer service

six weeks ago i ordered some items from their on-line store. the following day the charges were applied to my credit card. since then i have contacted the store three times looking for my order. there is no record of it. i do, however, have my credit card record showing the payment. i suppose i will sooner or later have some resolution to this- but in the meantime, be warned not to order on-line from this store.
- Pros: ?
- Cons: they ignore mail orders
A Better Destination than the Falls
by pupchen at Citysearch
No question this is an exemplary place, especially if you love the obtuse. Great cheeses, lovely oils, not grand cookware though by Bflo standards quite so. Fabulous, extraordinary booze next store, better than a trip to Niagara Falls for "glorious".
- Pros: Gourmet quality
- Cons: parking
Great Gourmet / Deli / Cookware Store

OK, where do I to start?
First of all, this is a great gourmet shop... with the largest selection of olive oils you will find in Buffalo, foods from around the world, a huge beer department with microbrews from all over, teas and jams, they have a huge coffee roaster and roast their coffee right in the store...
Second, They have a great deli and bakery... A huge cheese selection (with knowledgeable salespeople to explain them) smoked fish, fresh caviar, of course they have cold cuts, and a Fabulous bakery, (this is where I buy my whole vanilla beans.)
Third, they have a whole cookware department, with all the better grade equipment.
I think this is the best gourmet shop in Buffalo, we are so lucky to have a place like this! I know it is difficult for locally owned places to compete with places like Wegmans and Williams Sonoma, so please check them out and support them!
- Pros: huge selection, fair prices, knowledgeable help,
- Cons: only one location, but worth the trip
