By far, one of the best!

My husband and I have been going to the Eagle House for more than 20 years for lunch and dinner and NEVER had a bad meal or experience there. The ambiance and coziness, as well as the fantastic food and service, keep us coming back. We got to know one server, in particular, quite well and were sad the day he told us he was going to New York City to work at the World Trade Center. He was so excited that we were excited for him. On that fatefull day on 9-11, he lost his life and to this day we can feel Leonard's presence at the Eagle House. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all because it can't be beat!!

This restaurant is the kind of place to take a guest to. The menu has something for everyone. the food and the service are always great. PAy special attention to the specials, they come up with some real winners

It Doesn't Get Any Better Then This! The Eagle House deserves SIX STARS!!

Having lived in Western New York for nearly 60 years, I / WNYBusiness have had the opportunity to eat at hundreds of local restaurants. The Eagle House Restaurant is my absolute favorite, hands down. If you want world class cuisine with the service and comfort to match, at a reasonable price, in an easily accessible, comfortable setting, The Eagle House is the place for you!

I made my first visit to the Eagle House 45 years ago, and today, I can guaranty you may order from the menu blindfolded, and enjoy every bite. That is how predictable the food is!

The Eagle House management are sticklers for the quality and character of all the food they buy. Quite clearly cost is no object when it comes to freshness and grade. They are just plain fussy and the result is that everything is the absolute best!! I have eaten in over 40 countries, all over the world, from Taillevent in Paris to off a board in a mud hut in the middle of the Sahara... (it actually wasn't bad). I know good food and this restaurant comes with my absolute highest recommendation. SIX STARS !!

We have a lot of excellent restaurants in our area, but none as good as The Eagle House.

Cozy Old Inn with character and good food

My date and I both ordered Steaks which were great. My steak was Medium Well and came out more like medium rare, but the server noticed it as soon as I cut into it and offered to take it back to the kitchen before I could say anything. When the steak came out again it was drier than average for that temperature, but the sauce that was poored over it was tasty and more than made up for it. My dates steak was medium rare and was cooked correctly. For desert we had Chocolate Cheesecake, which was fantastic, I would highly recommend it if you have room. The character of the building and the service made the dinning enjoyable, may I suggest the patio if the weather permits. The price was more than fare for the food and atmosphere for an upscale restaurant. On another note I heard the table next to me say that the ribs were too spicy, just a warning as I did not have the ribs so I can not say if that was a correct judgement or not.
