The shop and toys at this quaint store in Williamsville are fantastic but customer service is deplorable. dollars worth of holiday toys, I went to return a toy a bought a for my nephew for the holidays (I had just found out he already had the toy) The item had been gift wrapped but never opened. I was told that they would grudgingly exchange it but at 25% of the original price. I had gift wrapped the item and the box had tape marks on the back. I was not only furious because the toy was in mint condition but what does that mean for other gift recipients? If you wrap a present you can't exchange it? If I hadn't already wrapped the rest of my gifts I would have returned the entire lot!!

Great "Old Fashioned" Toy Store

This shop is huge, (as far as independently owned shops go,) and has a great selection of creative and unusual toys. My wife and I don't mind going there with the kids, as they have things out for them to try. My wife used to get all these odd toys from mail order catalogs and she was really happy to find this store. They have a lot of birthday gifts for under $20, so we go there to pick up something distinctive as presents instead of Toys r Us, which I hate. The prices are not bad, and the sales help are really friendly and knowledgeable about the things they sell.

Highly recommended!

• Pros: parking, friendly sales people, big selection
• Cons: hard to drag the kids out!

Best Toy Store in Town

The selection at this store is the best bar none. I would not think of shopping anywhere else for my toys. If you haven't been there, go.
