Poor Customer Service
by nonamebadguy at Citysearch
Placed an order to the individual that answered the phone, gave all address info, then placed on hold and given to a manager. AGAIN, placed the order with all pertinant information. ONLY to repeat myself for a third time. Personally, i feel that as with any restaurant that you go to you only place your order once with the person waiting on you. The waiter or waitress would then confirm your order is correct. It took 10 minutes to place a 3 item order! McDonald's is quicker and more efficient in taking an order. I waitressed for 7 years in local restaurants and took orders not to have the customer REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT. Maybe only if a fan was blowing in my ear! Seems the time on the phone could of shaved 5 minutes off my order.
- Pros: food is good
- Cons: poor customer service
Perfection every time

I'm only 21 but I've been eating here since as long as I can remember. I have never had a bad meal at this place. My personal favorite is the meatball sub. They even cook it exactly as you want it (I always order the sub without sauce.)
My only real problem with this place is their very limited delivery zone. I live between 5 and 10 minutes away from Picasso's but the delivery varies depending on who answers the phone. Sometimes they'll delivery without a problem, other times they'll simply say that they can't deliver that far.
But besides that, the food is absolutely amazing!
- Pros: Excellent food
- Cons: Limited Delivery Area
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I was told 45 min to an hour. An hour and 25 min later I called and complained the pizza was not here. I was rudely HUNG UP on. I called again to be HUNG UP on. So I called yet again to be slammed in my ear hung up on. So the third time I called I called using *67 (private call) and they answered. They said the driver is missing in action. They do not know where he is. He could be in an accident or something and have no idea. They were very rude on the phone and would not let me speak to the owner.
May I Have My Wings Extra Crispy? No? Okay, can I have a slarp in the face then?

I've been ordering from Picasso's for ten years. Their pizza is pretty tasty. Their sub rolls used to be the bomb. The problem I have is their chicken wings. No matter how you order wings from this particular Picasso's, they arrive at your house barely cooked and soggy.
I have ordered them double cooked. They come soggy.
I have ordered them extra crispy. They come soggy.
I have ordered them triple crispy. They come soggy.
I have mentioned, while ordering, that they usually disregard my wishes and could they please comply just this one time. They arrive soggy.
There is nothing you can say to this particular restaurant to convince them to make your order as you wish. Any other pizza place I say, "hey, medium and extra crispy" and oila! Just how I asked. Not Picasso's. They know better than the customer.
- Pros: Good pizza
- Cons: Soggy wings and utter lack of respect for customers.
Pizza Pizazz

The restaurant is small but busy and you'll see why once you try the pizza. I highly recommend the veggie pizza. The sauce was delicious and you knew the dough was home made. It was so good that I was impressed. There was no grease like those other pizzarias. This was one healthy pizza.
